Company head
The whole picture: buildings, billing runs, invoices, payments, debtors, tickets, reports and settings.
Property manager
Buildings and residents, tickets and work orders for technicians, building announcements, readings.
Accountant
The month's billing run, invoices with a QR code, bank statement matching, debts and repayment schedules.
Technician
A plumber's day: visits today and this week with their windows, the tickets assigned, the buildings of their areas, stairwells, contacts and equipment.
Resident
"My home": invoices and debt, meter readings, tickets, documents and announcements.
The demo's data is rebuilt every night, change, run and delete freely.
Every visitor gets a copy of the demo of their own. After 10 minutes without activity you are signed out and the copy returns to its original state.
The demo sends no e-mails, text messages or notifications, nobody receives them.
Invitations, plan changes, large file uploads and account settings are switched off in the demo (photos and acts up to 5 MB work); the AI assistant answers one question.
The demo works in the Viedis app too: sign in with a role's demo address and the demo password, and you get your own demo copy. After 10 minutes without activity it is restored.
