Ten steps through a real demo organisation. You start at step 1 of 10: New customer. The guide card shows the next step but lets you click anywhere.
Manager
The whole company: sites and clients, tasks, shifts and on-call, the store, the vans, subcontractors and settings.
Dispatcher
The day’s plan by person, alarm callouts, call-backs to clients, giving tasks and routes.
Technician
A service technician’s day: today’s sites on the map, an urgent callout, device passwords for 30 seconds, photos and the act. On the phone too.
Storekeeper
Stock, deliveries, minimum levels, stock into the vans and write-offs at the sites.
The demo's data is rebuilt every night, change, run and delete freely.
Every visitor gets a copy of the demo of their own. After 10 minutes without activity you are signed out and the copy returns to its original state.
The demo sends no e-mails, text messages or notifications, nobody receives them.
Invitations, plan changes, large file uploads and account settings are switched off in the demo (photos and acts up to 5 MB work); the AI assistant answers one question.
The demo works in the Viedis app too: sign in with a role's demo address and the demo password, and you get your own demo copy. After 10 minutes without activity it is restored.
